By accessing and using SoulDesire, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

SoulDesire provides a private digital sanctuary for mental wellness, including journaling, AI mentors, meditation, curated resources, and various wellness tools. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. All journal entries, conversations, and personal data are encrypted with military-grade 256-bit AES encryption. We are GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. For detailed information, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Access & Donations

4.1 Free Access Model

SoulDesire operates on a donation-based model. All platform features—including your Private Sanctuary (journaling, AI mentors, goals, rituals, etc.), curated resources (articles, books, sacred rituals, poetry, music), and all courses—are freely accessible to all registered users. We believe emotional well-being should not be restricted by financial means.

4.2 Donations

SoulDesire is sustained by voluntary donations. If you are in a position to contribute, you may make one-time or recurring monthly donations. Donations are processed securely through Stripe. All donation amounts are welcome and help us maintain the platform for everyone.

4.3 Monthly Donations

If you set up a recurring monthly donation, it will automatically process each month until you cancel. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at share@souldesire.org. Cancelling a donation does not affect your access to SoulDesire features.

4.4 No Refunds Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions to support our mission, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at share@souldesire.org within 14 days.

4.5 Corporate Donations

Companies can support SoulDesire through corporate donations while providing wellness resources to their employees. Corporate donors receive benefits including employee usage reports, a corporate admin dashboard, and priority support. Employees sign up with their corporate email and company code for access. Contact share@souldesire.org for corporate donation tiers.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoulDesire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your journal entries and personal content remain your property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoulDesire is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. The AI companion and meditation features are for wellness purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoulDesire, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. SoulDesire is provided free of charge; as such, our total liability for any claims shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
